I needed someone to do a minor service (oils, filters, etc.) but wanted someone who could do a thorough check of the vehicle to ensure no major issues. Just picked the vehicle up an hour ago and exceptionally happy with the job done: 1. Communication from Sean to me was exceptional right the way through re gaining authorisation to go further than initially predicted and re the status of the vehicle and the time it was needed. 2. The guys were exceptionally thorough and found an issue that very soon had the potential to stop in my tracks while I was somewhere remote. 3. Pricing and hours charged very reasonable and no attempt at gouging. 4. The job was much bigger than either of us envisaged initially but that happens when you're using a vehicle for hard bush work as I do. Sean is a thoroughly decent guy and goes that extra mile to do the right thing. Could not be happier as there is a lot of trust required when someone takes custody of your vehicle as mechanics do and I've had a few shonks over the years. He's a straight shooter and tells you exactly where things stand. Cheers. Hugh.
